Christopher Doyle

The NDA Podcast debates contentious topics the creative industry has been keeping under waiver for years. It’s a space for unfiltered conversations about the biggest issues creatives face today. A space to challenge opinions, disagree & learn with no fears of being cancelled.
Season Two tackles everything from free pitching to the stigma of going in-house and, to celebrate the launch, The NDA Podcast is recording a live episode at BDF.
Host Katie Cadwell will be chatting to Christopher Doyle and Elise Santangelo-Rous on the tricky business of studio culture. What is it? Can you create it? Is it more than ping-pong tables & Friday beers? And ultimately, do employees even care about it?
Get ready for some honesty, we’re about to break some NDAs.

Speakers
Katie Cadwell
Co-founder & Creative Director of Lucky Dip
Katie Cadwell spent over a decade working with the world’s best agencies (think How&How, Koto, DesignStudio and DixonBaxi) and nicest clients, before setting up her own branding studio, Lucky Dip, on the core belief that you can make great work and have a good time doing it.
She’s picked up experience in every industry, across more disciplines than you can shake a stick at – with a particular fondness for copy & motion. Collecting a shelf of trophies from D&AD, Transform Awards, Design Week… and featured in publications & podcasts galore.
A vocal advocate for the creative industry, she founded The NDA Podcast to shed light on some of the biggest secrets in our studios. Through conversations with creative leaders & legends, Katie interrogates the industry’s flaws – hoping to make it a healthier, happier, more accessible place to work.
