The format

2020 sees BDF return for a third year. We’re switching things up for our hat-trick year with an exciting new format for the Festival, though plans have changed a little due to COVID-19 interruptions

The main part of our programme sees a day of inspiring talks held and Birmingham Royal Conservatoire, with supporting events help in the build up including a workshop with design legend Anthony Burrill.

A day of grafting, crafting and learning held at Birmingham City University and around Digbeth.

Day two

Conference

Join us in the stunning Royal Birmingham Conservatoire for a day long schedule of talks from an unmissable line-up of designers.
