BBC Creative and I share the same ambition: To be the best in the world at what we do for the world's best broadcaster. So, this talk is about the importance of trying harder than necessary, and how I owe any success we've had to just that.
I've also written a short film called Limbo, it's my first and this will be screened for the very first time ever at the end of this talk. (You see, that's also me trying harder than every other speaker so this is probably one you'll want to attend).
