Brian Collins is the founder and Chief Creative Officer of COLLINS, an independent strategy and brand experience design company based in New York and San San Francisco. With clients including Mailchimp, Twitch and Spotify, COLLINS’ work exudes colour and their playful brand design is recognisable across the world.
Providing colour expertise, commentary, consultation and workshops, Momtaz Begum-Hossain has enjoyed a colourful career as a crafter and woman of words. As Colour Theorist, she has developed the colour philosophy Hello Hue, a seven-point manifesto for how to welcome colour into your life. Ahead of the launch of her third book, Hello Rainbow: Finding Happiness in Colour, Momtaz will share her story of a life surrounded by colour.
Eddie Opara is an English-born American based graphic designer. His multifaceted work encompasses refreshing design, modern technology and strategy. As the author of Color Works, a comprehensive reference for using colour in design, over the years, Eddie has grown to appreciate and incorporate more colour in his work, whether it be for digital, motion, print, exhibition, software, branding, or a combination of them.

Momtaz Begum-Hossain is a Colour Therapy Expert, Modern Colour Theorist and Author. Her third book Hello Rainbow: Finding Happiness in Colour will be published November 2021 by Leaping Hare Press. She’s the Founder of the ‘Hello Hue’ philosophy; a seven-point guide for how to use colour to boost your mood and mental wellbeing.
Eddie Opara
Partner at Pentagram
A native Londoner, Opara studied design at the London College of Printing and Yale University, and began his career working at firms ATG, Imaginary Forces, and 2×4 before founding his own practice, The Map Office, in 2005. Within a matter of years, Opara was tapped to join the global, multidisciplinary design studio Pentagram as a partner at its New York offices, where he currently leads an array of projects with clients including Samsung, Lululemon, The New Republic, the Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum.
Over the years, he’s grown to appreciate and incorporate more colour in his work, whether it be for digital, motion, print, exhibition, software, branding, or a combination of them. His 2014 book, Color Works: An Essential Guide to Understanding and Applying Color Design Principles, offers a comprehensive reference for using colour in design, featuring case studies with leading designers in the field.
