I registered a ticket for a free event that I can no longer attend, can I cancel my ticket?

A lot of our events sell out, so if you are double booked we’d be really grateful if you could cancel your ticket by emailing tickets@birminghamdesign.co.uk quoting your order number, the event you wish to cancel and the number of tickets.

The sooner you can do it the better, so we can offer the ticket to someone on our waiting list as it’s unlikely we’ll be able to reallocate tickets during the festival.

I bought a ticket for a paid event that I can no longer attend, can I cancel my ticket?

We now offer ticket protection on all of our paid tickets, which is offered at purchase. If you have purchased ticket protection you will receive instructions on how to make a claim alongside your confirmation email.

If you cannot make the event but have not purchased ticket protection, we’d still be grateful to hear from you so that we can pass the ticket on to someone else. Please email tickets@birminghamdesign.co.uk quoting your order number, the event you wish to cancel and the number of tickets.

We are unable to offer refunds on any tickets that have not purchased ticket protection.
