Laura Smith is a service designer at Unboxed, specialising in co-designing accessible healthcare services. She’s worked with NHS clinical teams and patients to rethink screening pathways, improve management of long term conditions and create intuitive user experiences for online prescriptions and at home testing. As a researcher, Laura brings creativity, empathy and a participatory approach to help build health services around the needs of everyone involved in delivering, supporting and receiving care.
