Sione is a Creative Director with 20+ years experience in the design industry. She worked at leading branding agencies such as FITCH Design in London, Interbrand in Amsterdam and in-house at Philips Design where she was responsible for global brand communication for many product categories. Currently Sione is a Creative Director at The Mighty Shed in Digbeth, Birmingham and guest lecturer at the BCU Visual Communication. She creates brand experiences covering many different areas within design. Her strategic, but pragmatic mind enables her to create original design concepts based on creative strategy and business objectives. She brings fresh thinking and plays a central role in creating brand vision for local and international brands. Sione is passionate about mentoring and equal opportunities. Being one of the founding members of Women Unltd gives her the opportunity to create a platform where women can find inspiration, opportunity and support. This way she hopes to contribute to creating a more diverse creative industry in the future.

Marta Kochanek is award winning Commercial and Fine Art Photographer. Just before graduating Marta started her career by joining Annie Leibovitz Studio in New York to spearhead a large archival project. As Project Manager, she was responsible for cataloguing the entire collection of prints (1968-2011) After this she joined the Production Team and assisted on production for shoots that involved some of the most demanding clients. Over the last decade she’s coordinated, art directed and produced advertising campaigns both in the UK and internationally. She is recognised within the industry for always exceeding expectations, challenging the norm, championing new ideas, and spreading optimism. She creates content that tells a story– crafted to high technical standards and with a broad aesthetic range. Marta’s Fine Art projects have appeared in numerous publications and have been recognised by prestigious photographic awards worldwide including: AOP - London Association of Photographers Awards, Px3 Paris, International Aperture Awards, (IPA) International Photography Awards. Becoming International Photographer of The Year (IPOTY) in 2018. Her photographs have been shown in both group and solo exhibitions. In August 2016 her Cognitive Bodies series won her an entrance to Berlin Photo Biennale. She has also exhibited at Mall Galleries in London, Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery, Verge Art Brooklyn, Daegu Biennial in South Korea. Marta is frequently invited to deliver talks for students to influence their first steps within the industry.

Michelle is a freelance illustrator specialising in portrait and character illustration. She has exhibited internationally and her work has been featured in books, on buildings, skateboard decks, giant 3D sculptures, and walls across the world. Michelle has over 10 years experience in the design and marketing industry, working both agency and client side, for clients including Puma, Strada and Jaguar Land Rover. Her experience spans creative, digital, advertising, product development and events. In the early days Michelle co-founded Inkygoodness, with Lisa Hassell, to champion new and emerging illustration talent. With an illustration degree from Falmouth College of Arts and a CIM qualification in digital marketing Michelle currently divides her time between illustration and digital project management. She has worked on projects for Wild in Art, London Midland, Lichfield Literature Festival, Eye Candy Festival, and Pictoplasma. Michelle is currently working with 3D and Motion designer Antony Kitson on a project involving Augmented Reality.
