Sending everyone home to work was a catalyst for people to reexamine not only how, when, and where they work, but why, resulting in deep, structural changes to employee expectations. Seemingly gone is the idea of ‘a job for life’, replaced with ‘a job for now’. Some of us are claiming our agency by choosing self-employment. Others are challenging assumptions of the future workplace while dubbing this ‘The Great Reflection’ — while questioning how organizations must evolve to better meet human needs. With hybrid work models becoming the new norm, the notion of what a successful career looks like is effectively evolving. Whether you’re looking for full-time, part-time, freelance, or contract opportunities, this workshop is invested in your growth and evolution as a leader in your craft and seeks to empower you as you start — or continue — designing your career.
Through uplifting anecdotes and actionable steps, Rachel will empower us all to communicate our talents boldly, understand hiring mindsets, and manifest personally meaningful visions of career success.
Please bring a printed version of your current 1-page CV (or resume) with you to the session.
