Stephen Smith / Neasden Control Centre, often referred to as NCC, is an innovative illustrator and graphic artist.
NCC is renowned for its distinctive style that seamlessly blends hand-drawn elements, organic patterns, vibrant colours, hand drawn and digital techniques. NCC’s work often possess a whimsical yet thought-provoking quality.
Stephen Smith, founder of Neasden Control Centre, hails from a background rooted in illustration and graphic design having studied at The University of the West of England and Brighton University.

Jimmy Turrell
Artist & Video Director
Jimmy Turrell is an artist and video director. He has produced work for a wide variety of clients including Apple, Nike, Penguin, Hugo Boss and The New York Times to name just a few.
He has also worked extensively in the music industry, directing lyric videos for Beck’s singles “Wow” and “Dear Life” as well as designing the artwork and packaging for his album “Colors”. He has also worked with The Chemical Brothers, Glastonbury and the estates of Aretha Franklin, Bob Marley and Elvis Presley to produce contemporary takes on their music for videos and album covers.
