WE HAVE NO PROCESS
If you're seeking a step-by-step guide to unlocking the creative process, then this talk isn’t for you
Tim Donaldson
Creative Director at Seachange
Amanda Gaskin
Creative Director at Seachange
At Seachange, we don’t rely on a secret formula; our approach is fluid, flexible, and organic. What might work for one project won’t necessarily work for the next, so we embrace flux and unique creative pathways. Account Managers may hate it, but we love it. Join us as we take you on a journey of ‘unprocess’ and why it works for us. We’ll go behind the scenes and share what we’ve learned along the way. Seemingly contradictory, hopefully insightful, always honest, and possibly entertaining.

Change isn’t just a word in our name; it’s our guiding principle. We seek to shift perceptions, challenge conventions, and champion change. Our work is thoughtful, yet unexpected and often described as category-breaking.

After they spent the best part of a decade honing their craft at creative agencies in London, they returned home to New Zealand to establish their own agency. Their specialty lies in building brands from the ground up, while also embracing the challenge of renewing established brands with a fresh perspective. The studio has amassed over 70 design awards since its inception in 2017.
Seachange is based in Tāmaki Makaurau, Auckland, New Zealand, but has clients all over the world.
