Rich Rhodes

Executive Creative Director at SomeOne™

Rich & Simon are currently ‘OOO’ so have got me, the intern at SomeOne (please hire me) to write this. So, I’ve been told they have been working together for 11 and a half years. It feels longer. They have both been to Santa’s Lapland and narrowly escaped frostbite, on their thighs. Simon is taller, but Rich has a far better beard. Whilst at work on the coal face of commercial creativity, the pair have managed to be the wind beneath a fair few delicious design projects. And it’s not all the same old shebang. No, no, no. From a case with a leading Law firm to the cultivation of an ecological champion. A long visit in Liverpool’s finest museums led to a stroll with a top management consultant. Yes, no matter if the branding challenge kicks off from a football club, a fashion retailer or a tech business, the duo have had a fiddle. Between them they have collected well over 200 sparkly awards for their efforts — I can see them littered all over the studio — they are both currently working at London based branding shin-dig, SomeOne, which has been the recipient of Agency of the Year, Best Agency to work for, No.1 Design Agency and hilariously Best Agency in the World. I know. What? Securing the last ‘big finish’ spot of the day at BDF (they thought it was called DTF which is why they agreed to do it) expect an unconventional rollercoaster ride through their journey of instigating change for clients in all sectors, everywhere, all the time. Then probably drinks at the bar.
