Lauren is co-founder of The Arena and a proud multi-hyphenate. Deciding against going to university in 2016, she’s been making it up as she goes along ever since. Her career so far has traversed creative project management, marketing, events and music, whilst more recently pivoting into the world of people and culture. Her passion for supporting emerging talent and career development led her to set up The Arena in 2020, with co-founder Dom. Together, they’ve created over 600 meaningful mentoring opportunities for emerging creatives and partnered with some of the UK’s leading creative agencies, including Pearlfisher, Landor and LOVE.

The Arena is a not-for-profit creative community and mentoring platform. We’re on a mission to arm aspiring creatives with the tools, inspiration and confidence they need to kickstart a creative career and eventually lift as they climb, holding the door open for the next generation of talent.

Since 2020, we’ve created career-launching mentorship opportunities for over 600 emerging creatives around the UK,
by working closely with educators, agencies and brands, all with a shared vision for industry change.
