Cancelled – Virtual visual challenges: designing a language for VR

  • Laura Hernández

Fri 8th June @ 3:30 pm - 4:10 pm

Due to unforeseen circumstances this event has been cancelled

Humans evolve, and their language with them. Every time a new media appears, our visual language needs to adapt to it, not just in their use, but in their form.

And that’s what we are facing nowadays, with virtual reality and immersive environments. From graphic guidelines to storytelling, the design rules that we are used to know don’t behave here in the way we expected.

Laura Hernández, from Visyon, will guide us through an approach to this visual language challenges, talking about visual style, narrative and the use of traditional elements in this context, in order to create powerful immersive experiences.

Note: Due to unforeseen circumstances this event has been cancelled. You are welcome to join us at the same time for another digital event at the Mockingbird Theatre
